Benjamin Teague was born in Durham, North Carolina.  As a visual artist, musician and educator, his work takes many forms and takes him all over the world.  His band, Behind the Times, is an acoustic trio in which he plays mandolin and sings.  He makes the majority of his ceramic, painting, and sculpture in his Pontiac, Michigan studio.
