Bridget Quinn is a Detroit-based artist and explorer of landscape.  She holds a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.  Bridget is currently enrolled as the sole student in the Southwest Detroit-based “Academy of Perpetual and Utterly Unfocused Inquiry”.  Her research currently focuses on early human civilizations, local history and tactics for understanding landscape.  Her work often takes the form of events, sculptural interventions and photography.  She is one of the co-founders of Picnic Club Detroit, an open group whose mission is to foster curiosity and deeper understanding about the landscapes that surround us through inquiry, play and picnics.
