Brendan Fay

Brendan Fay is assistant professor of modern and contemporary art history in the School of Art and Design at Eastern Michigan University.  He researches problems of abstraction and materiality in photography, with additional interests in performance, sound and new media, and his writing has appeared in History of Photography and Artforum.  He is currently working on a catalogue raisonné of color photographs by László Moholy-Nagy.
